To maximise the enjoyment all of our guests will get from our cottages we do have a few restrictions:

• Sorry but we do not accept pets.
  
  
• We welcome children over 10 years old. We do not take children younger than this because of the light furnishings and lack of facilities.
  
  
• Sorry but we do not allow smoking in our cottages.

Heating Systems

Central Heating is provided from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. each day. It is controlled by thermostatic valves on each radiator.

We have Cast Iron Log Effect fires in the lounge and kitchen of Woodmans Cottage and in the lounge of Burnside Cottage, to provide a cosy fire effect and supplementary heating.
